CodePilot is a subscription-based digital software product that grants immediate access to the application upon activation of a paid plan. Because access is delivered instantly and electronically, and because the product cannot be "returned," subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
KUVEX (the company behind Code Pilot) provides a narrow exception described in Section 2 below. Outside of that exception, all charges are final. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
KUVEX may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue a full refund of your first subscription payment if all of the following conditions are met:
Refund requests that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be approved. The following are explicitly not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
Approval of a refund in one instance does not obligate KUVEX to approve refund requests in any other instance. Each request is evaluated independently.

Incomplete requests will not be processed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the CodePilot application under Account → Subscription → Cancel, or via the Paddle customer portal linked in your billing emails.
Upon cancellation:
Cancellation is not a refund. It only stops future charges.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date as your original purchase, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling in advance if you no longer wish to use the Service.
KUVEX does not issue refunds for renewal charges. If you did not intend to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date. We recommend setting a personal reminder before each billing cycle.
For users in the European Union or United Kingdom: the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK legislation provide a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchased online. However, this right does not apply where the consumer has expressly consented to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By completing the checkout process and activating your CodePilot subscription, you expressly:
This waiver is consistent with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Your rights under the limited exception in Section 2 of this policy are separate from, and in addition to, any non-waivable statutory rights you may retain under your local law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or modified by contract. Where applicable mandatory consumer protection rights exist and cannot be waived, they remain unaffected by this policy.
If you have a billing concern, contact billing@kuvex.ai before involving your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. KUVEX will retain and present to dispute all evidence of service activation, access logs, and account activity for any chargeback filed.
Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently terminated without notice. Outstanding balances resulting from reversed charges may be referred to collections.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), acting as Merchant of Record for KUVEX. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and billing on our behalf. In some cases, Paddle may independently apply its own buyer protection policies. This refund policy governs KUVEX's obligations to you; Paddle's policies govern Paddle's obligations.
